​Our Operations Team form the backbone of our order fulfilment process and consist of: -

Customer Services

Primarily based at our Nantgarw and Hengoed sites, we are the team who directly look after our external and internal customers. We work hard to deliver solutions that work for customers during pre and after sales, ensuring we do all that we can to get customers’ orders delivered on time and to customer expectations.

Supply Chain

Supply Chain consist of:

  • Production Planning

  • Material Control

  • Strategic Purchasing

The department operates across both South Wales sites and develops and manages with our global supplier base

We also work closely with Sales to ensure to help generate visibility of market trends to ensure we are buying the right parts at the right time in sufficient quantities.

Inventory & Logistics

Based at Nantgarw and Hengoed key responsibly for the management of storage, warehousing and materials handling. Ensuring all control process are achieved to a high standard.

Logistics ensure all transportation arrives at the customers at the correct time and in good condition    

Production

Based at both Nantgarw and Hengoed sites, our production team are responsible for organisation and assembly of all products. We ensure product quality and delivery dates are achieved with the mind set to always go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our up-skilling program and give 100% to the wellbeing of the team members.

Installation and Field Service

We are a fast paced and dynamic team. Our field based teams support our clients across the UK and Europe with the installation and service of product. The admin support team, based in Wales, support our field based colleagues.
