Where are your roles based?
We have got manufacturing sites and offices in Nantgarw, Cardiff and Hengoed, Ystrad Mynach. Additionally we have Design offices and showrooms in Huddersfield, London and Dubai. Some people work remotely too depending on their role. Each job advertised will state where the role is usually based and we provide opportunities to work flexibly and from home where possible.
Do you offer student placements, work experience or internships?
We do offer placements and work experience from time to time. However, this is dependant upon the demands of the business at the time of application. Often we find our business in intense growth phases and simply don't have the resources or time available to provide a great experience at the time, but this does change. If you are interested in some sort of work experience with us the best thing to do is contact us directly via email at recruitment@orangebox.com to enquire. Please outline specifically what you are looking for and the duration.
Do you have a graduate trainee scheme?
We don't run a graduate trainee scheme at the moment.
Can I get notified when a job becomes available?
Yes you can set yourself up an alert within the Job Search section of this site. Then each time a relevant job gets posted you will be notified.
Do you keep past candidates applications for future openings?
We do keep applications for a period of 6 months as explained in our Privacy Notice. The best thing to do is to keep an eye on any adverts posted within this site and then apply directly when you see something of interest.
Do you provide any training and development?
Every new employee will undergo an initial onboarding training session to introduce them to the business, find their way around, and receive initial departmental and role based training. We are committed to providing relevant training opportunities throughout the business and these are discussed with each individual where required.
Do you provide any temporary job opportunities?
Yes, our manufacturing sites regularly require temporary support for roles such as Production / Stores / Transportation. We also have fixed term cover requirements from time to time which would be advertised on this site.

Do you use recruitment agencies to fill roles?
Yes, we have a dedicated agency who support our temporary manufacturing needs. We also may use specialist permanent recruitment agencies from time to time for particular skilled or senior level positions. However all permanent roles are advertised on this site directly as well.
