We aim to support your health and wellbeing by adopting good working practices but also providing wellbeing activities and social events to help you lead a happier and healthier lifestyle both inside and outside of work.
Some of the things we do are;
Promotional events and workshops on various topics from mental wellbeing to physical activity, nutritional advice and financial advice
Charity fundraiser events - we have 2 dedicated charities we support each year, voted for by our workforce!
Annual social events including a winter Dinner and Dance and Summer Events
Activities including weekend walking groups, after work onsite fitness classes eg yoga / boxercise
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP Scheme), providing a 24/7 confidential helpline for all sorts of topics
