We understand that by offering more flexible working arrangements can improve recruitment, retention, flexibility of cover and engagement.  Flexible working means anything outside of your normal working pattern.

All employees, with at least 26 weeks service, are entitled to submit a flexible working application and have it considered openly and fairly by us. 

We also understand that providing some flexibility in relation to working hours can help employees manage both their personal and professional commitments. 

We offer a flexi hours system whereby employees, whilst working their contractual hours each week, are permitted some flexibility as to when they start and finish their working day.  This is dependant upon the nature of your specific role within the Company as some roles are unable to accommodate this due to the nature of the work.
